New Release & designed specifically for the Audi S6 & S7 4.0T 2012-2019 (C7 Chassis)

At the heart of this kit is a 6061 billet flex fuel sensor bypass module.  With the internal parallel path it allows you to eliminate ALL restriction from running the flex fuel sensor in the feed where a maximum of flow is required.  Lines are PTFE with a stainless braided lining to have outstanding abrasion performance and compatible with ethanol and never deteriorate and contaminate the fuel system like rubber based lines.

How does this bypass work?

It works by creating a parallel dual path for the fuel and completely eliminating the restriction from the e85 internal sensor components.   

The 2 pathways: First, the straight through and second, the parallel "bypass" pathway for the flex fuel sensor allowing it to read the e85 content in the fuel. 

With e85 having lower chemical energy, it will require about 30% more fuel volume compard to gasoline to flow through the fuel feed lines to the fuel rails.  The motor wants MORE fuel not a more restrictive fuel feed by installing an e85 flex fuel sensor directly in-line on to the stock fuel line.  This is especially critical when installing the flex fuel sensor on the feed size of the fuel system.   
 
For the skeptics that feel a flex fuel sensor is not a restriction - see the cross-section of e85 sensor internal parts - yes, this does limit fuel flow significantly, especially when running a tune with higher boost and an increase of fuel compounded with 30% of fuel flow required to run e85.  See photos

- Driver & Passenger side HPFP PTFE SS Braided feed line from Bypass Module to HPFP
- Flex Sensor Wire Conntector with 7.8 ft wires to reach diagnostic port

Requirements:  
DS1 or other software tuning to read the flex sensor and apply fuel scaling 
*Installer will need to isolate the lines leading from fuel tank feed to engine bay to alleviate any noticeable vibration (usually around 1200 rpm).  Small sections of rubber hose or foam are good isolators.
